Stratedo does not provide legal, accounting, or financial advice.

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Provide accurate information
• Have authority to use business data uploaded

4. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining password confidentiality
• All activity under your account
• Promptly notifying us of unauthorized access

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually.
• Payments are processed via Stripe or equivalent provider.
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• We may suspend accounts for non-payment.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

A. Platform IP

All platform content, branding, algorithms, and structure remain the property of Stratedo.

B. User Content

You retain ownership of:

• Your business data
• Your strategy documents
• Your uploaded content

You grant Stratedo a limited license to process your data for service delivery.

C. AI Outputs

AI-generated outputs are licensed to you for internal business use. We do not guarantee uniqueness of AI outputs.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Upload unlawful or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
• Use the platform for illegal activity
• Circumvent subscription controls
• Introduce malware

8. Confidentiality

We treat business strategy data as confidential and implement reasonable safeguards.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload any third-party data.

9. Disclaimers

Stratedo provides strategy assistance tools. We do not guarantee:

• Business success
• Profitability
• Investment outcomes
• Regulatory compliance

Use is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Stratedo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months.
• Nothing excludes liability where prohibited by law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Terms are violated
• Fraud is suspected
• Required by law
• Any reason we deem necessary

Users may delete accounts at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:
